sand77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sand77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sand77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. sand77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
sand77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks. sand77 is not obligated to return funds where termination results from a breach of these Terms involving fraud or prohibited conduct.
You may close your account at any time by contacting sand77 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closing your account does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact sand77 in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. sand77 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as provided under applicable Philippine law.
